Paypal addon not working-

    We have paypal addon. When someone completes the form and hits the submit button it does not direct to paypal. However it does trigger the auto responder emails to the client as if they have purchased. And there is no record of a transaction in paypal.

    Please share a link to your page with the form embedded in it.

    If the total amount is $0, the transaction will not be sent to PayPal.

    Have you mapped the form fields to the PayPal fields by clicking on the Forms > PayPal link in your admin menu?

    If you have mapped the form fields, are you using a PayPal condition to direct just some form submission to PayPal?
