Paypal Form works in Preview Mode, not on site

    The form isn't adding up the total when memberships are chosen....on the actual site.

    However, it does get that far in preview mode.

    The pricing calculation is not working because you have an unrelated Javascript error on that page. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/wrQvg.png

    This javascript error is preventing the Gravity Forms pricing calculation from executing because the browser quits executing javascript when an error is encountered.
