Paypal IPN Not working

    I have checked with my host an curl https is supported. I had a person register everything worked fine. 2nd person registered and it says processing. Checked paypal ipn says sent had it resend and now it says failed. http://www.aeiconference.org/registration any help would be appreciated

    Are you using the primary email addresses registered with PayPal?

    I have received your login information and we will take a look and see if we can determine the issue. It sounds like a server issue, it's rejecting the IPN requests. If it was a curl issue the IPN would always say Sent. But because it actually says the IPN Failed that means PayPal encountered an error.
