Paypal payment made - account is not created.

I have exactly the same problem as described here:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/entry-notification-not-being-sent-out

Payment sent, Paypal IPN Status delivery "sent" to correct URL.
Forms->Entries shows information about new subscription, but it's "Payment Status"
is set to "Processing". User account is not created.

Please help!

If you have properly configured IPN settings, when users experience issues with IPN not updating the status of the entry it is due to web server configuration. The IPN verification is unable to be verified and therefore the entry is not updated. Typically this is due to either curl not being installed or available OR the https protocol is not support or disabled on your curl installation. I would ask your web host about both. You need curl with https protocol support present.

Problem was that
Forms->Paypal->form-name->Paypal email address - must contain *primary* paypal address on your paypal account, *not* just one of secondary accounts.
