PHP Code fatal error

    There are 2 directories somehow created or something to that effect?

    how can I fix this?

    You might want to delete the backup copy of Gravity Forms that was somehow created. (Gravity Forms wouldn't have done this on its own)

    Go in through FTP and remove gravityforms-bak
