Picatcha add on will not show images on form

The Picatcha add on will not show images on the live form, though installation went without a hitch. Only the title "Picatcha" shows with nothing else. Several others have had this same issue here with no answers. The form will not let you submit because it's looking for the proper solution, but there's no graphic to solve. Does this add on work with Gravity Forms?

Can't leave it in there too long because it blocks all submissions

    Thanks

  4. Looks like you have some JS errors going on here on your page: screenshot

I'd recommend running through a theme/plugin conflict test:

It's showing fine on my dev site: http://dev.outerhavenstudios.com/picatcha-test/

The source of your problems is likely the very old version of JQuery you have in your theme: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.0/jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.2

Gravity Forms requires the version that ships with WordPress, currently 1.8.3. You also have JavaScript errors on that page you'll want to investigate as they may be stopping Picatcha from working as expected.
