Picatcha not working, shows error message "Refresh if you do not see any image"

  1. Hello

    I've installed the Picatcha addon.
I've added my Picatcha public and private key

    Issue
I have a multiple page form.
The Picatcha box does not show up when placed at the end of the form. Instead I get the message:
"Refresh if you do not see any image"
But if I place the Picatcha field at the beginning of the form it does show, and work correctly.

  2. I see this error on page one of your five page form:

    Timestamp: 9/21/2012 9:12:45 PM
    Error: TypeError: Picatcha.elm is undefined
    Source File: http://api.picatcha.com/static/client/picatcha.js?_=1348279951359
    Line: 323

From the type of error, it seems like your server cannot communicate with the picatcha server, or there is a misconfiguration of some sort. I think you need to contact picatcha about this one. The developer is active in our forums here as well.
