If I have a Custom Post Type do I have to add all the information I need in the Post Type and then only use the Post Fields when I build the form?
To put it another way, Will the Standard Fields and Advanced Fields not show up in my post if I use a Custom Post Type?

Are you using the Custom Post Types add-on for Gravity Forms?

That was not created by us, but making creating custom posts from Gravity Forms submissions very easy.
By default, there is no 'post type' selection in Gravity Forms. Gravity Forms will create a "Post", but can be forced to create other post types. The plugin will make it easy for you.
