Not sure what that may be offhand.. lets start here. Does you key validate in the settings ( has green tick mark beside it )? If not, you may need to remove your key, save the settings, then re-add your key (making sure there are no blank/empty characters if you paste it in) and save the settings.
If you key is displaying as valid then you may want to simply try a manual update this time. You can download the latest version from the downloads page here, then you'll want to remove the current version ( it's okay to delete the plugin files, your forms and entries are safely stored in the database - just DON'T click on the "Uninstall Gravity Forms" button in the forms settings page as that will wipe the DB info as well.)
Once that's done, just do a normal plugin install with the new version. If you still have problems when a new auto-update rolls around then we'll need to figure out what's going on then.
