Plugin not working

    I have just activated the plugin and after i get blank page. I have to ftp and delete the plugin to restore site. I am using WP 2.8.1

    Please advise

    Couple things, how did you install the plugin? Via FTP or using the WordPress plugin ZIP uploader? If you installed via the Upload Plugin tool, try FTP'ing instead.

    If you installed via FTP then try this:

    - Delete the plugin entirely from the server

    - Reupload the plugin files, make sure things look correct and the plugin folder contains the necessary subdirectories and not all the files dumped in one directory. This happened to one user when unzipping the plugin.

    - Activate the plugin.

    If this doesn't work, let me know here and we will work on figuring out why.

    Other things to consider.

    What version of PHP are you running? Gravity Forms requires PHP 5+

    What version of MySQL are you running? Gravity Forms requires MySQL 5+

    As much information as possible will help us determine the problem.

    PHP5 and MySql5 affirmative. I ftp the plugin to begin with and no luck. I have tried a few more times and same problem is happening :( .

    Could one of your developers look at this? Or maybe I can send an error log of some sort? I really don't know what to do here.

    Of course, submit a contact us form describing the issue and what will be very helpful is if you can include a login to your WordPress administration panel with admin access so we can login to your WordPress admin and see it happen so we can debug it.

    This site was updated to the latest version of WordPress, Version 2.8.4 and then the plugin was activated without any problems.
