Populate Field from URL not working

    Please help
    http://fluidframe.com.au/wp/test-2 is the location of my test form.

    I have clicked the advanced tab on the field and allowed the field to by populated dynamically.
    I have set the Parameter Name to ffpicid for the field.

    http://fluidframe.com.au/wp/test-2/&ffpicid=photoname
    http://fluidframe.com.au/wp/test-2&ffpicid=photoname

    Both above URL's give a 404 - why does it not work??

    It should be the following which seemed to work for me:
    http://fluidframe.com.au/wp/test-2/?ffpicid=photoname

    Ampersand is to go between values, but the first value requires a question mark before it.
