Possible Bug? - trash link on entries view doesn't delete

  1. Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but if you are on a list of entries for a single form (haven't tried it where it lists all the form entries together) and then hit the trash link that appears when you hover over the entry, it reloads the page showing entries for all forms, and if you go back to the form you were on, the entry hasn't been deleted.

  2. I've tested this in the past and have not been able to recreate it. I went to the entries for one form, clicked the Trash link, the page did an AJAX refresh, and the entry was gone. To be sure, I navigated to the forms menu then back to the list of entries, and the entry is gone, and in the trash. It also worked when I checked multiple entries and then used the bulk actions drop down to trash them: they all ended up in the trash.

If that is not your experience, please be sure you are using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress. Then, check for theme and plugin conflicts by using these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

It's possible a theme or plugin is outputting JavaScript on the Gravity Forms admin pages and causing the trash function to fail to work.

  3. I have experienced this as well... If I go into the actual entry and *then* press Trash, it will be deleted, but not from the line-by-line listing.
