    Hi,

    We use gravity forms to create custom posts. One of the required fields is an image. Until a few days ago gravity forms would upload the image to wp-content/uploads/2013/01 but without any warning this featured stopped working.

    How can I debug this?

    Has anything changed on your set-up recently? Any error logs that have been generated? Where are the images now going? Can I have you try the following please? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

    The server was over its disk quota! An easy fix, but only if you know what you are looking for!
