Pre Populate Help

    I get a error when I am trying to register here cannot get past 1st

    1st want to test this new form I created and then work out how to pre populate fields.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Nope I triple checked my form to make sure all form fields are correct with no errors. Like required/no duplicates/ pre populate etc

    Let me just double checked again.

    Ok I went through form editor again and no hidden field and I have unchecked anything unnecessary so form can validate.

    I can send login details to you if you would like.

    it is a multi step form.

    @sadiq, I cannot get either of those last two URLs to load in a browser right now. The requests time out. The only one I could load was here http://pet.brandcampaigner.co.za/register/

    I see the issue. It looks like you are using 1.6.8.1 which contained a fix for this problem. Can you be certain that 1.6.8.1 was installed completely and no old files are hanging around?

    If you are definitely using 1.6.8.1, can you try submitting this form from the form preview and see if it works there?

    I checked in the plugin and it says the latest version.

    I can access http://www.communipet.co.za/register/ the website.

    I checked preview now and same error.

    Can i forward login detais to you so that you can browse back end to see what I am doing wrong.

    There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.

    But nothing is highlighted.

    Just remove the plugin files (the gravityforms folder in wp-content/plugins). That will leave your configuration and forms and entries intact. Do not click the red "Uninstall Gravity Forms" button on the settings page.

    You mentioned to David that you do not have any hidden fields which are required. Are you using conditional logic at all? If so, can you go back and be sure the rules you applied are still valid? If you changed the form after setting up the conditional logic, the rules can break.

    One other thing you can try is export the form then reimport it, and test that.

    A little update the form does not work once I apply required attribute.

    did a test now unticked all required form fields form works?

    Would like to have all fields required most of them.

    I am having the same problem. My form has stopped working.

    First page, when submitted (going to next page) reads:
    "There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below."

    Seems like a lot of people have this problem. What is going?

    Is there a solution yet?
