Prepopulate Field With Post Custom Field Value

    Hi

    I have some custom meta values for each post that I would like to use as prepopulated values on my form.

    To give more detail I have post meta with key "Tour Code" and I want this code to prepopulate the "Tour Cide" input box on the post frontend form.

    Is this possible?
