prepopulate with data other than user meta

    the form is here:
    http://huntersfairwaysir.com/members/forms/crest-edge-form

    I want to dynamically fill the second page with data from the first.

    *important: Not the user meta. If you look at the form closely, you will see there are similar type input fields on each page.

    ex: Is the property a rental? YES/no
    2nd page has same question, I want it to pre-populate with yes!
