    Running: 1.6.4.2.1

    issue: a form is not display neither in preview or in the embedded page. Other forms are displaying just fine. I just upgraded to 1.6.4.2.1 from 1.6.3.3.4.

    a solution would be appreciated.

    V1.6.4.4 is the latest release and you can get that here:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/

    You can always test for theme/plugin conflicts by following the instructions here:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

    Just to be safe, can you export the form and send the XML file to me to rob@rocketgenius.com so I can take a look at it. Please reference this post in your email.

    thanks that corrected the issue. The other concern that I had was that there seems to be a disconnect.

    wordpress blog showed that is was up to date with 1.6.4.2.1 but the latest version is 1.6.4.4 on the gravity forms website.

    this seems to be also the case with the other add ons. If that could be addressed then it would be appreciated.
