Preview errors on form setup

I have set up my first basic form but when I tried to preview the form I got this error:

"404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

    http://searchlink.com.au.134.blankserver.com/contact/
Widget enabled on Home and about us

Also when I tried adding the form to the widget sidebar I don't see anything? I have gone through the documents and FAQ and applied all the tips there but still nothing shows up?

    Thanks

    Peter

  2. This sounds like either a file permission issue or a URL rewriting issue with your web server.

Edit the file permissions for the wp-content/plugins/gravityforms folder and set them to CHMOD 755 and apply it to all sub-files and folders with the gravityforms folder.

The preview exists, so if you aren't able to view it then it is a server issue of some sort.
