Hiya -
Just installed the plug-in. Created a form and the preview works fine, but the actual embed using shortcode fails. I've turned off all plug-ins, and then turned gravity back on; i've cleared caches; and i've reverted back to the stock twenty-ten theme. None of these solved the problem. Any ideas what could be the issue? Many thanks.

ps - tables are created in the database.
What do you mean the actual embed using shortcode fails?
Do you mean you insert the shortcode on a page and it doesn't render the form or do you mean you use the "Insert Form" wizard and it's not inserting the shortcode on the page? Please clarify.
Also if you are able to place the shortcode on a page, please post a link to the page so we can take a look.

Hi Carl - thanks much for the response. When I use the shortcode, I get the following message: "Oops! We could not locate your form." This happens if I enter the shortcode manually or using the "Insert Form" wizard. To clarify -- I can see the shortcode in the post / it seems to be inserting properly.

Can you verify that your form is active? You can see this in the form list - just look for the icon to the left of the form name.
Send us a WordPress admin login for this site via our Contact Us form and we can take a look and see what is going on.
