    Hi,

I want a form that calculates a car insurance price.
the user must input the valuation and the age of the car.
and the form ouput the insurance price.
(i've done this in excel, but i don't like to put this on my site.)

    Is this possible?

    anyone can help me.

    Thanks

  2. It might be possible with the Pricing Fields using Product Fields and Options Fields for the various options to increase/decrease the price. It all depends on what your needs are and how complex the calculations need to be. The Pricing Fields allow you to add fields that add or remove pricing and you can display a Total using the Total field. It really depends on if this is enough for what you want to do or not and I can't answer that question for you based on what you described.

The Pricing Fields are in Gravity Forms v1.5.2 which is the latest version. Try creating a form using them. Product Fields are for the base product and Option Fields impact the Product field. The Total field displays the Total of all Product and Option fields on the form.

  4. The Pricing Fields only add or subtract values to the total or multiple those values based using a Quantity field. Complex and custom calculations aren't currently a feature.
