Hi,
I know this is a very simple basic requirement, but i cannot find the answer anywhere .
I have also looked into my GF and cannot find the option.
Basically, i want visitors to fill in a repair form online , once they have filled in all the data i want them to print it and send the hard copy along with the item.
Please point me in the right direction.
You can include instructions on the confirmation screen to print the page, or include those instructions in the email notification to print the page and include it with the item. This is not related to Gravity Forms per se, you need to tell the visitor to print out a copy of their information to be included with their item. The print function will be built into the browser if they are printing the confirmation screen, or their email client if they are printing the notification email.
