  3. I have downloaded the purchased file onto my desktop. Opened filezilla. went into wp-content, found the plugins folder and found gravity forms (which is the plugin i downloaded on wordpress). I then drug and dropped the purchased folder of gravity forms into that folder.

Nothing is showing up on my site and im not sure how it would even know where to show up. Thats the part im stuck on. How to I edit the information on the form, style, settings, so forth. and how to i set where the form is on my site?

  4. Go to Filezilla and log into your account.

Direct yourself to wp-content > plugins and delete whatever you have there for GravityForms, since I don't know what you did with that.

Open up the zip file, drag and drop the GravityForms plugin back into "Plugins".

Go into the Dashboard on your WordPress and go to Plugins > Installed Plugins

Locate the GravityForms plugin and activate.

    Hope this helps!
