Problem editind and adding a form

I can't edit an already created form. When I try to update the form I'm getting the following message:

    ...
    403 Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied! Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
LiteSpeed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!
    ...

Also, I can't create a new form. After setting up all the fields I try to save it, but it can't save the form, the "save form" btn keeps loading without finishing.

I've disabled the plug-ins, changed the theme, did a fresh install of GF, no effect. And I have another form which allows editing.

What WordPress version are you using? Can you tell us more about your installation? You mention you have another form that you can edit? Are you using conditional logic on the form that doesn't work?

I'm using 3.5.1 version and no, no conditional logic on any of the forms.
The one that works is a newsletter form with only an email field, those who doesn't work have 4 field (name, email, subject and body).

I tried doubling the form that i could edit, but i discovered that I could edit only the fields that are already defined, when i try adding new ones and saving, the form doesn't work (loads without finishing saving).
