  2. There is a bug with the export functionality on some server configurations after upgrading to WordPress 3.0. We are aware of it and will be releasing an update later this week that solves this issue. We have rewritten the export process entirely.

Keep watching the support site for an announcement regarding this release. We will be releasing it in beta later this week. It won't be released via automatic upgrade until later. But as soon as it is available as a beta later this week we will make it available for download here on the support site.

  5. Until the bug is fixed, the exported files are still present on the server, the download of them just does not happen automatically. If you log in to the server with FTP or SSH, you can find all the exported files located here:

    wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/$form_id/export_*.csv

Where $form_id is a folder with the ID of your form. Then you will find lots of csv files (especially if you tried multiple times to do the export.)

  6. Just a heads up, after we release the revised entry export functionality it will no longer save the files on the server. It will strictly be a download. It is going to function exactly like the built in WordPress export posts functionality.

  7. The exported files, can they be imported into another install of gravityforms? Meaning if you want to move from one site to another, and you want to keep all your older entries by importing them into the new site.

  8. Currently the import function is just for forms, not for entries. You'll be able to easily export forms and import them on another Gravity Forms installation, but not the existing entry data.
