Ok, this is probably something simple that I am having trouble seeing right now. However, none of my notification emails are coming through as HTML formatted emails. I have this working with gravity forms on another site, but for some reason, on this site all notifications are coming in a plain text, including showing the html markup tags. It does not matter if "Disable auto formatting" is checked or not.
Any idea where to look?
Sounds like something is changing how e-mails are sent. Can you try the following in hopes of finding a theme or plugin conflict causing the issue?

You were right on target. It was a conflict with User Meta Pro.
