Problem with "Notification to User"

    I am trying to create a Problem with "Notification to User". When I try to activate it I get the message "Your form does not have any email field" despite the fact that I have an email field in my form.

    Why do I get this message?

    Just to confirm, is the email field in your form an actual Email Field or a single line text input that you're using as an email field? http://grab.by/a2Mg
