Problem with "There was a problem with your submission. Errors..."

I have tried every possible way imaginable to try to track down the error that is not allowing this form to submit.

All I receive is "There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below."

However no errors are highlighted on any part or step of this form. This should work.

    Even after following this http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

  3. Do you get a "There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below." message but there is nothing highlighted? Is that correct?

Nice work on the form so far.

Thanks Chris and Yes that is correct. Sorry for the typo.

    Nothing is highlighted unfortunately.

  5. I fixed the typo; sorry for the confusion there.

Do you already have the logging add-on for debugging? It's an alpha version only and is designed for development work, but maybe it will help in this case. Send me an email at chris@rocketgenius.com if you would like the add-on.

There was a bug fairly recently that would create just this situation, but that has been resolved, and it looks like you are using 1.6.9. which contains the fix. Is it possible your upgrade was not complete and you have some old files still?

If you send me an email I will send you the latest bugfix release and the logging add-on. Please reference this topic so I know what we're emailing about. Thank you.

Thanks Chris. We don't have the logging add-on but we are running Gravity Forms 1.6.9.

My partner Chris just shot you an e-mail.

  7. Thank you. I will look for it. With all the work you've been doing, you NEED the logging add-on :-)

I only mentioned 1.6.9 because versions prior to that did have a bug which did exactly as you're experiencing. Maybe you can install this new release manually after removing the old gravityforms plugin folder, to ensure we got all the files.

  8. I responded to the email and included the aforementioned add-on and plugin.

    Thanks Chris.

Just as a reference for anyone with this issue. It was actually the remove export/import of the form that corrected the issue. So that is squared away. Not sure why that worked.

However this also rendered my image upload unable to upload images. They seem like they upload but they do not show when view the form entry.

  10. Did you still need help with the image upload function?

When exporting the form and reimporting it works, it's normally due to a conditional logic rule you set up and then subsequently edited one of the fields the logic depends on.

Yes unfortunately. I think I have tried everything. How would I fix the logic? I don't see that error in the log to determine what would be the culprit.

Update: When checking I am able to upload other images on other forms so it seems to just be this form in particular.
