Problems Inserting Image Into Form

  1. Hi. I'm using WordPress 3.3.1 with Directory Pres 6.7 and have recently installed Gravity Forms.
I've tried to insert an image using the HTML Box, without success.
I enter my html code into the "Content" area but as soon as I click on Close or Update Form the code disappears. I see from the Forum that this has happened before but it does not indicate how to fix the problem. Please help.

How are you entering the code, are you copy and pasting or manually typing it in?

Unfortunately Keith there is a known problem that occurs sometimes when copy-n-pasting that Carl posted about last year, http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/text-in-description-field-not-saving#post-27041

What I have found is that after you have pasted if you manually edit it a bit by deleting a couple of characters and then manually re-type those deleted characters then save your form you should find that it will have remembered what you entered this time.

It's annoying but there isn't much/if anything they can do to prevent the problem occurring.

  5. Thanks Richard. I have tried your suggestion with both an image and some text code. When I save I get a message that there was an error and I should contact support. The saved form no longer has the HTML box.
