Product field not saving, causing issues.

    this ones a bit annoying!
    I have a form where people can sign up and choose a membership product.
    I only want the one product on the form and then one total field.

    i go to the product field and add it and click save without changing any information on the product form and it saves okay.
    i then go in and edit it - title, price, disable quantity - then save and it comes up with and error saving the form and to contact support.

    I disabled all plugins apart from gravity forms main plugin - still the same error comes up.

    is this a case of re-installing? will i loose all previous forms?

    okay, unistalled the plugin and it still isnt working.

    made a new form and the product field still isnt working.

    deactivated all plugins and just had gravity forms active and still no joy, also no joy with the twenty ten theme and just gravity forms.
    also installed the latest version of gravity forms

    Can you give me more information? Using the 2011 theme, and just having Gravity Forms as the only plugin, walk me through exactly what you are doing and what fails please.

    i start a new form, go to the pricing fields and click on the product button and it adds the product to the form, i save the form and it saves okay. i click the continue editing this form link and then it reloads in the editor.

    i then click on the product to edit it and change the title and price and disable the quantity and click save and it comes up with the error - "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team."
