Quantity information not coming through on email

I just tested the following form http://regalhaircolor.com/orderform/hi-fi and in the email I received, none of the quantities were included. I used the quantities field, but my client doesn't want to have prices online. Is there a problem just using the quantities field?

    Thanks,

    Patti

  2. Just like Options, Quantities are nothing without a Product Field. A Product has a Quantity and a Product has Options. Quantity on it's own doesn't exist.

You have to use Product Fields for Products. The Quantity field is primarily for use when you have a Product Field that is a drop down or radio button, or when you want the Quantity of the Product detached from the Product Field itself.

Is there a way to eliminate the Price field?

  4. You can target the pricing field with CSS to hide it visually; however, if you're using the {all_fields} token it will still display in the notification emails. You could create a custom notification using the individual tokens to work around that.
