Radio button 'Invalid selection. Please select one of the available choices.'

Upon updating the plugin today my test shows this problem:

Radio button to select payment on Internet Explorer and Safari it ignores the fact that the radio button is selected and gives the error

'Invalid selection. Please select one of the available choices.'

This is for USA $
Second time through with no changes the form goes on through.
