re-ordering the items

I've created a form but editing it is a bear. Once I click update, continue editing- I then have to add an item (which goes to the bottom) that I have to delete in order to see the blue box around an item so that I know I can edit it. If I remove something and later want to add it back I absolutely cannot reorder things by drag and drop- so I have to delete the entire form and start over. What am I doing wrong? It looks so easy on your video but it won't work for me no matter what I do.

  4. It sounds like you've got some kind of script conflict that's causing the form editor to act buggy. Normally, the editor works fine on Windows Firefox.

Most of the time this is due to a plugin conflict. What you can do is disable all of your plugins except Gravity Forms. Then, see if it works properly. If so, one by one, reactivate your plugins until you find the offending one.
