Receiving Error Message - "Unique Entry Required"

  1. I have created a form at http://www.precisionfirst.com/survey/ and am experiencing an error message I don't understand:

    "This field requires an unique entry and '..........' has already been used."

    Is there a setting I need to change on my end or could this be a bug?

  2. It sounds like you may have inadvertently checked the box "No Duplicates" for that field, right beneath the "Required" checkbox. Can you check that for this field which is showing you this message? Thank you.

  3. OK - that would be the problem. I misinterpreted "No Duplicates" - thought it meant I was limiting the user to select only one answer. Thank you so much!
