I have purchased Gravity forms developer addition. As a developer I cannot recall which username or which email address I used to complete the purchase.
As I see you have no contact form and do not allow contact directly I hope someone at gravity can help via this support form.
There is actually a contact form link in the right sidebar in case you missed it.
I did a little digging around and found that you purchased using your "unitedenglish" email address. I forwarded a copy of your purchase confirmation to both that email and the one listed on your profile here.
