Redirect page problem

  1. Hello,

    The following form works great for submitting Lead information to our Salesforce.com implementation:

    http://208.43.133.135/~nexueps1/contact-us/

    However, Salesforce.com throws up a "You are being redirected" page, complete with their logo and a cancel button, which is not ideal. According to Salesforce.com support:

    "The redirect page is being displayed due to some security measures that Salesforce has in place with our web to lead infrastructure. In cases when a GET method is utilized and the referring URL (as specified in HTTP headers) cannot be matched to the return URL, Salesforce will introduce a new page notifying the Leads that they are being redirected to a different URL. This will allow them to take the necessary action to cancel that redirect. The workaround for this is to change the GET method to POST or use HTTP headers to specify the retURL ."

    The query string for this form is:

    encoding=UTF-8&oid=00D300000000QLE&retURL=http://208.43.133.135/~nexueps1/thank-you-for-contacting-us/&first_name={First Name:1}&last_name={Last Name:2}&company={Company:5}&email={Email:3}&phone={Phone:4}

    And the redirect page (for Salesforce.com web-to-lead) is:

    https://www.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.WebToLead

    Can you suggest how I might circumvent the Salesforce.com redirect page? Thank you!

    Don Epstein
