registration key problem

  1. Last week I had a problem of the header to purchase not going away after entry. After about an hour it went away randomly.

I just noticed I do not have the most recent non-beta of gravity forms. I have:

    PHP 5.2.13
    MySQL 5.1.47
    WP 3.0
    Gravity Forms 1.3.12.2

It looks like 1.3.9 is the latest but I don't get the automatic upgrade option in my plugin settings.

  2. I also spent about 5 hours trying to get the forms that didn't validate because of missing required fields to stop showing up in the list. It looks like this upgrade does the trick. Please help asap if you can. Thx

  3. 1.3.12.2 is the latest, not 1.3.9. The only higher version is the beta.

Sounds like you have a caching issue with the header not going away and forms persisting in the list.

  4. Update:
I just cleared my license key, saved, logged out, logged in and the purchase message came back.

I then re-entered my license key after logging out an in a 2nd time. The purchase message still displays. I assume it has a delay to register with your server. The only thing I really care about at this point is upgrading my versions so I can filter submissions

  5. Duh, I was seeing 1.3.2.2, not 1.3.12 (eyes going bad, getting older).

How could I go about troubleshooting the caching issue or where to begin? I don't want my client to have to sift through 8 entries because people don't know how to fill out forms?

I'll start a new post on that actually.

  6. Based on the explanation in your other topic (entries still getting through even though the form submission was not valid) I don't think it's a cache issue. I didn't understand the issue at the time.

  7. I've come to realize it is just multiple posts of the same entry, not missing fields getting through. It seems the more they mess up the more entries get posted when they are correct, but I can't confirm this is actually the case.

Just tested 1 entry that was fully correct the first entry and it was posted twice.
