Remove label and add value "onclick"

    I'm new to using GF and I'm trying to add a form to my sidebar where the labels of each field are removed, but I want to onclick values so people know what info must be written, but I just can't make it work, and I haven't been able to find info on the forum.

    I'd appreciate your support.
