Repeat entries on active form

    I am having a problem with repeat entries on Gravity Forms. Are there any known issues with Wordpress 3.5.1, Thesis Theme 1.8.5, Gravity Forms 1.6.12, and Gravity Forms PayPal add-on 1.6? There are currently 10 entries with 3 repeats. This is a live form for camp registration, a speedy resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
