Routing has no drop downs to select

  3. looks normal to me. The highlighted field in your screencap is simply the name of the one field that has options.. the second field would let you select from the options available in that field.

    If you had other select boxes or checkboxes, etc. in your form, you would see other items in that highlighted area, but you've only got one to choose from.

  4. I'm a little confused because in the screenshot you provided... the drop down is visible and selectable as part of the routing.

    Your form has one drop on it called "Select a department" and you even have that drop down selects in the routing screenshot you included.

    If "Select a department" is "General help and enquiries" is what I see in the screenshot of the routing UI and that matches up with the "Select a department" drop down on your form.

    I'm not sure what the issue is, it appears correct.
