Salesforce option disappeared

    Hi,
    I had the Salesforce plugin working nicely with my Gravity forms, however (I think since an upgrade perhaps), the check box option to 'Post to Salesforce' has disappeared!?

    Client is anxious to get leads posting to SF asap!

    That is a third party add-on and as such, you'll have to contact its developer:
