Schedule Form no longer displays

  1. Hello, I had a form that I had created and set to expire today. I realized after it had expired today that I needed it to continue. I went back into my form and unchecked the schedule form button thinking that would make the form go live again. Now the page is empty but I did notice that the form is actually there but in the first div tag the style=display:none; which is hiding the form from view. I made sure that box is unchecked for the scheduled form. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You should probably turn the schedule form back on and change the end date. This should hopefully rectify your problem.

The display:none is how conditional logic is controlled. Please don't attempt to change this.

  4. Thank you for the very quick reply. I have done as you suggested but it hasn't changed it. It still will not appear. Any other thoughts on what could be causing this?

Can you e-mail me at peralty@rocketgenius.com with an admin login so I can try a few things? This form was showing properly before the expiry, correct? When you e-mail me, please include a link to this thread.

  6. Thanks for looking into this issue. I just emailed you the login info but forgot to include the link to this thread so I sent you a second message with all the info and a link back to here.. Sorry about that. The form was showing properly before it expired. It had been running for a few weeks.
