Script error - TypeError: Cannot call method 'replace' of undefined

  1. Hello,

I added gravity form to a page but it keeps giving me a script error "TypeError: Cannot call method 'replace' of undefined ". You can find the page at the following link :
    http://www.ishausa.org/?page_id=7276&preview=true

It would be great if someone can offer insight into the error.

    Thanks,
    Aishwarya

  2. We can't see your preview without logging in to your site. Can you please embed the form in a public page and post that link here so we can take a look?

You can always begin troubleshooting by checking for theme and plugin conflicts http://rkt.gs/testing

You probably have a jQuery error, JavaScript error, multiple version of jQuery being loaded, the wrong version of jQuery being loaded, no jQuery loaded at all, or jQuery loaded in the footer rather than the header.

  5. NextGEN Scroll Gallery plugin seems to be the cause of the conflict.
If I disable this, the form shows up fine. This plugin seems to use
moo tools.js. Would that be the reason ? Is there any known conflict
with this plugin ? I am working with the test-site now which can be viewed here http://test.ishausa.org/ebc-donation-form/

  6. I disabled this plugin and things work fine. Please add both 'Nivo Slider' (because it loads jQuery 1.5, more details here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-nivo-slider-for-wordpress-worksbut-loading-jquery-151-from-google-cdncan-it-use-the-native-wp-lib) and 'Next Gen Scroll Gallery' to the list of conflicted plugins.
