selecting different contact forms on from one form

  1. Hi

    I am a newbie so hope this question is ok. I am building a site for a surf live saving club that has numerous sections to contact ie nippers, juniors, seniors, masters, general
    I found this, is there a tutorial in how to do it, it is exactly what I am looking for?

  2. If you use the conditional logic, you can create a form with a drop down like you said to select the appropriate contact. In your notification settings of the form you can enable the routing option and then send the notification to different emails based on the contact selection. Does that help?
