Sending different notifications based on conditional logic (dropdown)

  1. HI,

I'd like to be able to send different email notifications based on a drop down that I have on the form. Does anyone know how this can be done?

  2. This is called routing and is built in to Gravity Forms. Set up your drop down, then on the notifications page, select the radio button for "Routing" and then set an email address for each potential drop down choice. Will that work for you?

I think he means "different notification", not "different recipient".

This is what I want to achieve too.
It seems there is no filter to filter notifications.

The "gform_after_submission" filter may let us do something like that: I can construct an email, but what sending function should I use? wp_mail or a gravityforms dedicated function?

    Thanks
