Set image upload as Featured image is stuck?

    Not sure if this is isolated to my funky theme, but if possible to reproduce it on your end to confirm?

    I created a form and assigned a Image upload field and checked the "Set as Featured Image", then I changed my mind and opted NOT to set it to Featured, Updated the form, came back, and it's still checked.

    Only way to fix it was to delete the Image field and recreate it, no issues there.

    I was able to reproduce the issue and have entered this as a bug into our system so we can address it in a future release.
