    The gravity forms shortcode is vewable in the page I created for a site. blakestreetcreative.com/wedding-form/

    I can preivew the form in the wordpress admin without any issues, and have already tried disabling all plugins and changing the theme to check for any incompatibilities. I have also tried the meta recovery since the form was on a previous wordpress install and database, but the new design of the site was launched recently and the form was imported. This is when the form stopped working. I've tried to do pretty much everything I could find in the support forums with no luck.

    I solved my issue. It was an issue with the .htaccess file. I had to rebuild my permalinks and everything is working fine.
