Sidebar displaying at bottom instead of top of form page (again)

    Hi,
    I am having a recurring formatting problem on form pages. The sidebar bios appear on the bottom right sidebar. They should display on the top right of the sidebar content area. I fixed the html in my form as you suggested before and am now stumped.

    Take a look at this screenshot

    I changed the value from 63.1 to 62.1 and that worked.
