signup sheet "new to css forms"

    I was hoping to make a simple signup sheet for our Non-profit org. Allow users to sign up to multi times and only allow a fixed number of people per time

    Setup 6:30 am 8 people
    Shift 1 10 am-12 noon
    Shift 2 12 noon- 2 pm
    Shift 3 2 pm - 4 pm
    Clean Up 5 pm

    I have not been able to figure out how to use conditional logic

    any help will be much appreciated
