Some forms do not redirect to paypal

Some of my forms do not redirect to paypal. I've duplicated the ones that do redirect fine, but on the new form they wont redirect. I created a very simple test form with a single product and no options to demonstrate the issue (link to form: http://www.alreadymaid.com/test/ ). Any help you could send my way would be appreciated!

    Thanks a lot!

Can I please have you try the following steps to see if there is a plugin/theme conflict that we can isolate?

It was my coupon code plugin for gravity forms (https://github.com/curtismchale/Coupons-for-Gravity-Forms). Do you know by chance if gravity forms might be implementing a coupon code feature in the near future? This plugin has caused some other issues (discount doesn't show up in paypal or in email notification).

Thanks for letting us know. I can't say if it will be in the "near" future, but we are going to be working on things to improve the e-commerce usefulness of Gravity Forms. Please let Curtis know about the issue, and I'm sure he'll look into it. All my best!

Will do. For anyone else with this issue, I believe I temporarily fixed the problem by adding back the coupon field to the form... As long as the coupon field is on the form it redirects to paypal just fine.
