    hi!

    Want to creat a field like the adress field but with my own fields, in the same label.

    for example:

    dirección:
    campo 1_______
    campo2_______
    campo3_______

    How Can I do it?

    This could only be done by creating our own custom field. So you'd have to write your own custom code to create and add a custom field type to the Gravity Forms editor. It's certainly possible, but it's a more advanced customization. It's not a simple customization.
